questo è il testo canonical, poi per RG e SM stesso testo ma rielaborato con parole diverse
The RIP series comb crusher is suitable for the initial crushing of agglomerated materials into clumps or lumps that are not excessively hard and tough, such as clay, bentonite, chemicals, and foundry soils.
It consists of a toothed cylinder, which pushes the material through a fixed comb with an adjustable distance.
The special arrangement of the teeth on the cylinder allows the RIP crusher to receive blocks of considerable size relative to the size of the machine.
The type of operation also makes it suitable for very wet materials.
The control can be equipped with a safety device that stops the crusher in the presence of bodies of excessive hardness within the material.
