SF Micronizer mills offer exceptionally intense grinding action due to the combined effects of impact, shear and turbulence, due to:

• High peripheral speed
• Large grinding surface, with small distance between the rotor and the toothed or corrugated armor
• Welded sheet metal shroud with service and inspection doors
• Peripheral armor with interchangeable grinding chamber elements, available in two versions to enhance as needed the cutting or impacting action
• Wear-resistant alloy armors and hammers with TT
• Welded sheet metal holder discs, with stress relief heat treatment and accurate dynamic balancing after machining
• Milled wing-shaped hammers, made of wear-resistant steel, accurately balanced and reversible
• Shaft made of Cr.Ni steel on roller and ball bearings, with forced grease lubrication by special control unit
• Material: carbon steel or stainless steel
• Versions with Atex accessories, vibration and temperature controls
