Applications:
The comb crusher is the ideal solution for primary crushing of agglomerated materials such as clay, bentonite, chemicals and foundry soils, even in the presence of clumps or lumps that are not excessively compact. Its mechanism is based on a sturdy toothed cylinder that conveys material through a fixed comb whose distance can be easily adjusted.
A distinctive feature of the RG crusher is its ability to process large blocks relative to its overall size, due to the specific arrangement of teeth on the cylinder.
This type of industrial crusher proves particularly effective even with high moisture materials.
The crusher can be supplied in AISI 304/316 construction.
To ensure operational safety, the control system can be equipped with an automatic stop device in case of accidental introduction of excessively hard bodies into the material being processed.
