Pulverizer mill

The CP Series pulverizer mill is designed for fine or very fine grinding of materials with low to moderate hardness and abrasiveness, such as sodium bicarbonate, chemicals, dried vegetables, cocoa, soybeans, cereals and pesticides. Equipped with a high-speed horizontal-axis rotor with special steel hammers and a dynamic cage selector, it produces powders with controlled particle size, with d50 adjustable from 2 to 20 microns and finenesses up to 99 percent below 30 microns. The final product comes out already selected, with narrow and uniform particle size distribution.

The high air flow reduces overheating of the material, making the system also ideal for grinding heat-sensitive, flammable or explosive products due to the possibility of feeding cold air or inert gas (e.g., nitrogen). The mill can be fed with granulates up to 8 mm and handle materials with moisture up to 10-12%. The easily inspected grinding chamber, wear-resistant armor, stainless steel versions and high-strength components make it a reliable, precise and versatile solution for multiple industries.
