Applications:

The Oscillating Armor Impact Mill belongs to the category of hammer mills. Compared with these, it offers the following advantages:

Less wear and tear on armor and hammers.
Reduced production of fine dust.
Impossibility of clogging even with wet materials, being normally without a grid.
Ability to feed large-sized and/or uneven materials.
Welded steel plate casing, fully protected by wear-resistant steel armor.
Large-mass rotor on which 4 hammers, cast in chrome alloy or manganese steel, are mounted.
Construction of great strength and compactness.
Great ease of maintenance.
Minimal wear and tear cost.
Small footprint.
Ability to adjust the grinding size by varying the position of the armors and the rotation speed.
Impossibility of clogging with wet materials.
The mill can be supplied with a bar screen to obtain products with controlled grain size, limited to sufficiently dry materials.
