Applications:

The Oscillating Armor Impact Mill belongs to the category of hammer mills. Compared with these, it offers the following advantages:

  • Less wear and tear on armor and hammers.
  • Reduced production of fine dust.
  • Impossibility of clogging even with wet materials, being normally without a grid.
  • Ability to feed large-sized and/or uneven materials.
  • Welded steel plate casing, fully protected by wear-resistant steel armor.
  • Large-mass rotor on which 4 hammers, cast in chrome alloy or manganese steel, are mounted.
  • Construction of great strength and compactness.
  • Great ease of maintenance.
  • Minimal wear and tear cost.
  • Small footprint.
  • Ability to adjust the grinding size by varying the position of the armors and the rotation speed.
  • Impossibility of clogging with wet materials.
  • The mill can be supplied with a bar screen to obtain products with controlled grain size, limited to sufficiently dry materials.
