Cryogenic pulverizer with peg mill

Double impeller peg mills are suitable for fine grinding (95% < 100 microns) of low abrasive materials such as chemicals, foodstuffs, grains , calcium carbonate
For temperature-sensitive products and plastic materials (Viton, rubbers, polypropylene, nylon, EVA etc, oily food products) the cryogenic C30 version has been made, which through the use of liquid nitrogen allows for easy grinding.
We have the plant available for full-scale tests with customer materials at our workshop in Pavia.

Mill body made of cast iron (INOX welded steel upon request).
Peg impellers made of hardened steel or stainless steel (cryogenic applications).
