Applications:
Grinding machines designed for small to medium production ( 20 – 2000 kg/h) of food , vegetable , chemical , mineral products.
Wide range of rotor configurations , armors, grids allow processing of many materials to obtain powders < 0.5 mm , and granulates in the 0-10 mm range.
Also suitable for cryomacination.
The material to be ground is introduced at the center of the machine and is projected by the rotor against a toothed shell arranged at the periphery of the grinding chamber.
In the lower part is arranged the grid, which serves to hold the material until it has reached the desired fineness.
The rotor can be supplied in different versions: rigid cross, pegged, fixed hammer, oscillating.
It is possible to transform the machine from one version to another by simply replacing a few parts.
ATEX-certified version available.
