R&D

Test room - pilot plants and R&D laboratory for custom testing

To meet specific needs, we offer a research laboratory and test area. Here, customer’s materials can be tested directly on our machines. This makes it possible to optimize processes and ensure the desired result before the plant is implemented. For particle size analysis, we use a Helos Sympatec Laser Diffraction Analyzer. This tool helps us adjust the implants. So we can reach the grain size target that the customer wants.

The company

We are based in Pavia. We have a large facility with a 5000 m² covered workshop. We manufacture all our machinery here.

Our experience over the years has enabled us to achieve high standards of reliability and quality, making our production synonymous with efficiency and precision.

With established know-how, we design and build complete industrial plants. Our solutions find application in numerous industries, including the mortar and plaster industry, ceramics and bricks, cementitious binders, chemicals, solid fuels and food, to name a few.

ATEX Certification

ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU establishes safety requirements for protective equipment and systems. These are for use in potentially explosive atmospheres found in industrial processes that handle combustible dusts.

We design and build facilities that follow this directive. Implants are resistant to overpressure. We implement safety systems with explosion protection devices. We use venting and isolation systems to ensure the safety of the plant.

We work with specialized partners and notified bodies(TUV, CESI) to provide ATEX certification, ensuring that our products meet the required standards.

We also make plants that handle potentially explosive products in an inert atmosphere with automatic and continuous oxygen control to make workplaces safer.

We export our plants all over the world. We do this directly or with local partners. We offer full service including logistics and export support. To date we can count about 10,000 machine and plant supplies.
