Here we carry out <strong>grinding, pulverization and micronization<\/strong> tests on the customer&#8217;s materials, using all the technologies we propose, such as <strong>hammer and grid mills<\/strong>, the <strong>peg mill also cryogenic<\/strong>, the <strong>micronizer with integrated dynamic selector, <\/strong>and other <strong>types of mills of our own construction<\/strong>. The goal? To reduce particle size to the target size specified by the customer.   <\/p><h3>Why test in our testing room<\/h3><p>Our in-house test room is used to conduct <strong>technology tests<\/strong> and confirm the process data of the project submitted by the customer. Agreement on the material to be processed<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"248\" data-end=\"596\">This first phase is crucial: we define together with the client the <strong data-start=\"355\" data-end=\"399\">characteristics of the material to be tested<\/strong><strong data-start=\"401\" data-end=\"411\">(nature<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"413\" data-end=\"430\">grain size<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"432\" data-end=\"443\">moisture<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"445\" data-end=\"468\">thermal sensitivity<\/strong>, etc.), and identify, after a<strong data-start=\"501\" data-end=\"531\">focused and effective analysis<\/strong>, the <strong data-start=\"536\" data-end=\"566\" data-is-only-node=\"\">most appropriate technology<\/strong> for the<strong data-start=\"571\" data-end=\"595\">desired objective<\/strong>.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"248\" data-end=\"596\"><strong data-start=\"598\" data-end=\"645\">2. Receipt and preparation of materials<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"248\" data-end=\"596\">The material is delivered to <strong data-start=\"693\" data-end=\"702\">Cimma<\/strong> headquarters by agreeing in advance on the <strong data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"767\">material characteristics<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"772\" data-end=\"784\">quantity<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"808\">type of packaging<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"814\" data-end=\"846\">operational procedures of the test.<\/strong> Each sample is <strong data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"880\">identified<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"896\" data-is-only-node=\"\">prepared<\/strong> according to <strong data-start=\"905\" data-end=\"947\">traceable and customized procedures<\/strong>. <\/p><h3 data-start=\"248\" data-end=\"596\"><strong data-start=\"950\" data-end=\"976\">3. Performance of the test<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"248\" data-end=\"596\">The material can be processed by one of our plants with <strong data-start=\"1044\" data-end=\"1084\">hammer milling technology<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1097\">peg<\/strong> mills, <strong data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1174\">micronizers with integrated or independent dynamic classifiers<\/strong>; often a <strong data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1203\">combination of<\/strong> these. We identify the <strong data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1252\">most suitable mill<\/strong> from those with <strong data-start=\"1268\" data-end=\"1341\">passage of material into the mill by gravity through a screen<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"1344\" data-end=\"1386\" data-is-only-node=\"\">aspirates with integrated classifiers<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"1448\">product delivery to the cyclone and\/or process filter.<\/strong> If necessary, we conduct <strong data-start=\"1478\" data-end=\"1498\">comparative tests<\/strong> to define the <strong data-start=\"1515\" data-end=\"1537\">best solution<\/strong>.  <\/p><p data-start=\"1540\" data-end=\"1808\">All <strong data-start=\"1582\" data-end=\"1605\">operational parameters<\/strong> are monitored during the tests: <strong data-start=\"1607\" data-end=\"1618\">flow rate<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1620\" data-end=\"1635\">temperature<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1637\" data-end=\"1669\">particle size distribution<\/strong>.
