The line with hammer mill and pulverizer is ideal for obtaining very fine and uniform particle sizes from even quite large material lumps. For specific needs of separation of fine fractions, precise particle size cuts and any <strong>post classification<\/strong> needs, the line is completed with <strong>dynamic micro classifiers<\/strong> capable of obtaining the desired particle size fractions.  <\/p><p>The many sizes of <strong>CIMMA Morandotti S.p.A. hammer mills, pulverizers, and micro classifiers<\/strong> have the flexibility to meet demands with a very wide range of hourly throughputs and different <strong>particle size requirements<\/strong>.<br>Once ground, the pulverized material is transported in <strong>pneumatic suspension<\/strong> to a <strong>dynamic classifier built into the mill<\/strong>, which selects particles by size. The larger ones are redirected to the <strong>grinding chamber<\/strong> of the pulverizer mill for further reduction.
